Full Time Engineer-Senior Engineer (Mechatronic-Mechanical) Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Vacuumschmelze (M) Sdn Bhd Pekan - Maukerja

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Several years of experience in mechanical design, automation equipment, jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidEdge, AutoCAD, Inventor, or CATIA.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machine elements, GD&T, engineering drawings, and tolerancing.
• Knowledge of engineering analysis, material selection, and simulation tools.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, casting, sheet metal fabrication, injection moulding, and assembly.
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, PLC/microcontroller systems, motion control, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of BOM, assembly instructions, machine manuals, maintenance documentation, APQP, IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO cleanroom standards and ESD protection practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.

Job Description:

• Design and develop mechanical assemblies, structural frames, linkages, jigs, fixtures, guards, housings, and automation equipment using 3D CAD.
• Develop mechanical integration for pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems including actuators, conveyors, bearings, linear guides, fasteners, and pick-and-place systems.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, controls, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform engineering analysis including load, stress, deflection, vibration, and dynamic calculations.
• Lead or participate in design reviews, prototype development, functional testing, and design validation.
• Support the continuous improvement of automation systems to improve speed, accuracy, reliability, and production efficiency.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant safety, quality, regulatory, ESD, and industry standards such as CE, ISO, DIN, and ANSI.
• Conduct or support physical testing of machines to verify performance, durability, and specification compliance.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs, assembly instructions, machine handbooks, maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and engineering change documentation.
• Analyze and resolve mechanical design issues during development, testing, and production.
• Provide technical input for project cost estimation and mechanical design timeline planning.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with 5S practices.
• Support safe working practices by reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe procedures.
• Use Microsoft Office and technical drafting software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
