Ticketing Executive

Position: Ticketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Responsibilities

* Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

* Manage booking amendments and other ticketing-related requests efficiently.

* Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, baggage information, and travel-related enquiries.

* Liaise with airlines and relevant partners to resolve booking and ticketing issues.

* Ensure all bookings and ticketing transactions are processed accurately and promptly.

* Monitor booking deadlines, ticketing time limits, and schedule changes.

* Provide professional and responsive customer service.

* Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and ticketing transactions.

* Perform other ticketing and travel-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of working experience in airline/travel ticketing.

* Familiar with airline reservation and ticketing procedures.

* Experience using GDS/ticketing systems is an advantage.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Able to work independently and handle multiple bookings or enquiries efficiently.

* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

* Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

* Available to start work within a reasonable notice period.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Ticketing Executive who is familiar with day-to-day flight booking and ticketing operations. The ideal candidate is organised, responsive, customer-focused, and capable of handling ticketing matters accurately with minimal supervision.
