We Are Looking For:

Experienced in security services / operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently
Able to supervise security personnel and manage daily operations
Willing to travel for site visits when required
Valid driving licence is an advantage

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily security operations
• Supervise security guards and site teams
• Monitor attendance, discipline and performance
• Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Handle operational issues and emergencies
• Maintain good relationships with clients
• Prepare operational reports and documentation

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
