Responsibilities

Office Administration

• Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and maintaining office supplies.
• Support project teams with documentation, purchase orders, and timely communication to keep workflows moving.

Financial Management

• Prepare and process invoices, manage accounts receivable and payable, and handle petty cash reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate books, perform account reconciliations, and support Profit And Loss (P&L) tracking for projects.

Compliance & Reporting

• Assist with tax preparation and internal auditing tasks, and prepare regular financial summaries for management.
• Ensure records meet audit standards and help implement corrective actions when issues arise.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant admin and accounting experience in a small business or creative studio environment.
