Job Responsibilities

Software Engineer with experience in enterprise application development and software delivery. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into application designs and software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code to support business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents, implementing timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with software quality, security, and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Support CI/CD implementation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE for application development.
• Proficiency with version control tools including Git/GitLab and SVN.
• Experience using SonarQube for code quality management.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server administration and deployment.
• Experience using JIRA for project and issue tracking.
• Proficiency with Postman for API testing.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Familiarity with development tools including IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, Gradle, Maven, and Ant.
• Knowledge of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) or machine learning concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
