Job Description
The Company is seeking a proactive and organized ITOT Executive to support day-to-day IT administration, procurement, end-user support, device management, and departmental operational activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team, internal users, and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations across office and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT-related purchasing activities, including raising Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR) and following up on payment matters.
- Provide first-level IT support for office and production-related IT requests and issues.
- Manage the lifecycle of office IT equipment and devices, including refresh, replacement, maintenance, and inventory coordination.
- Support the administration of telecommunications and mobile devices.
- Manage departmental IT-related accounting activities in SAP and assist with budget and expenditure tracking.
- Provide IT-related support for internal and external VIP users when required.
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs for mobile devices, telecommunications, and related IT administrative processes.
- Liaise with vendors, including quotation coordination, commercial discussions, order follow-up, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate IT orientation and equipment arrangements for new employees.
- Support IT team-building activities, off-site meetings, and departmental events.
- Manage procurement and allocation of IT stationery and other related supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for IT assets, procurement, and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with IT colleagues and other departments to ensure operational requirements are completed on time.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level, SPM, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT administration, IT operations, helpdesk support, or a related function.
- Experience raising PR/PO/GR using SAP or a similar enterprise system will be advantageous.
- 1–2 years of basic IT helpdesk/end-user support experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of office IT systems, hardware, software, and related technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and user-service mindset.
- Proactive learner with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the IT team and other departments.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP procurement processes.
- Experience supporting IT asset lifecycle and inventory management.
- Experience coordinating with external IT vendors and suppliers.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and office IT equipment.
- Experience supporting corporate or production IT environments will be advantageous.
