Full Time M-E Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in KWAN YONG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
• Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.
• Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems, including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment.
• Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for M&E-related work.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-funtional teams
• Alternate Saturday work
