JOB PURPOSE
Manage, maintain, and optimise learning infrastructure, facilities, and digital solutions to support the effective delivery of capability development programs, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with standards, and alignment with business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, maintain, and support the implementation of learning infrastructure (physical and digital), learning centre facilities, and programs by ensuring effective delivery, compliance with safety and quality standards, and alignment with established strategies and objectives. Conduct periodic facility and equipment inspections, maintain preventive maintenance schedules, and uphold readiness to support sustainable growth.
- Coordinate and maintain learning inventories, program design, development, delivery, and evaluation to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Provide technical support during training sessions to resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly, minimise disruptions, and support digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS) to ensure functionality, usability, and accurate learning data analytics.
- Plan, oversee, and optimise the scheduling and utilisation of learning infrastructure, including practical training workshops, to ensure operational readiness and effective delivery of programs.
- Manage the end-to-end process for the Welder Qualification Test (WQT) in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring readiness, compliance, and smooth execution.
- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of accreditation processes for the learning centre and its programs, in line with the requirements of relevant authorities or recognised organisations. Coordinate documentation, evidence gathering, and compliance activities to ensure readiness for audits or assessments and maintain accreditation status through ongoing monitoring and adherence to standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of training activities, infrastructure usage, maintenance, and participant data. Analyse feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Handle back-charging processes, administer training-related payments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Incorporate sustainability practices in facility operations, including resource efficiency and waste reduction, and report on sustainability performance indicators.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline). Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and equipment specifications.
- Diploma Holders with 3-5 years’ experience
- Degree holders with 1 – 3 years’ experience
