Full Time Assistant Project Manager – Semiconductor Equipment Jobs, in Mason & Co Malacca City - Maukerja

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within a semiconductor or capital equipment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and on-time delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to internal project teams.
• Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other relevant departments.
• Manage project resources, materials, quality inspections, and customer deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project changes and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support equipment installation, project acceptance, documentation, and project closure.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project team members.
• Ensure multiple projects and priorities are managed effectively within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or related field)
• 4–7 years of relevant Project Management experience in semiconductor/capital equipment or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong technical acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
