Tanggungjawab

  • Supporting as a HR Generalist including recruitment, staff welfare and training & development.
  • Training & Development - performance management, to ensure all staff have the relevant skills to increase productivity
  • Support in overall technical training programs in manufacturing areas
  • Plan and coordinate in house and external training - perform evaluation on training & assessment
  • Monitor and maintain proper training records
  • Support leader to develop and manage technical training curriculum for business units
  • Handle all employee matters - counselling, grievances etc.
  • Online processing of work pass for foreign workers

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Experience in a HR Generalist role including Training & Development
  • 5 days' work near Gul Circle MRT (10mins sheltered walk from MRT)
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Salary $4000 - $5000
  • AWS / VB
  • Start work Immediately or within short notice
