Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and teaching Math (Primary and Upper Secondary) aligned with the MOE syllabus using our proprietary teaching methodology.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through peer-sharing and training sessions to stay current with educational trends.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to implement innovative projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• Commitment to Training : This is a full-time opportunity requiring full commitment to the training program; no other jobs or business ventures can be held concurrently.
• Long-term Vision : We seek individuals who love teaching but wish to avoid administrative burdens and office politics. A commitment of at least 3 to 5 years is essential.
• Passion for Teaching : A sincere dedication to helping students reach their full potential is a must.
• Willingness to Learn : Openness to being coached in our unique teaching methodology is essential.

Qualifications

• NIE-trained or hold a Math degree/diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum Grade: O-Level Math (A1/A2) or A-Level Math (A).
• At least 1 year of relevant teaching experience (tuition centers and/or MOE schools) is preferred, but entry-level candidates from Polytechnics and Universities are also encouraged to apply.
