Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for job site personnel, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist in overseeing daily repair operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Coordinate with technician support teams to facilitate timely responses and effective service delivery.

• Assist in scheduling, tracking, and managing machinery repair and maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as part of a team.

Working hours

• This is a 5.5-day work week position. Candidates must be comfortable and committed to the following working hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday/Public holiday: Off
