Job Summary

Manage financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable, support month-end closing, and assist with audits to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and credit notes to manage Accounts Receivable and track customer payments to ensure timely collections
• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and prepare payment vouchers to manage Accounts Payable efficiently
• Reconcile accounts regularly and assist with bank transactions and petty cash management to maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing and organizing financial data for reporting and audits
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support the finance team and business operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least LCCI certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
• Demonstrate 1-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
