RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a motivated entry-level Software Engineer (AI) to join our team, with a primary focus on supporting and building AI-related initiatives. In this role, you will work on Python-based development for AI/ML use cases, automation, and intelligent tooling, while also being open to working on Microsoft Power Platform solutions as needed.The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to the design, development, and support of AIdriven applications and use cases. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to build, test, and maintain solutions, while growing your skills across the broader AI and automation technology landscape.

Responsibilities of a Software Engineer (AI)

• Design, develop, and maintain AI applications (Python-based) and scripts supporting AI related initiatives.
• Assist in building, testing, and integrating AI/ML-powered features and proof-of-concepts.
• Translate user stories and business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Build efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support AI and automation use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to support AI model integration and evaluation.
• Support and build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure adherence to code quality, security, and versioning standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, experiments, and system architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Computer Science or relevant.
• 0 to 2 years of working experience
• Strong foundation in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and reliable code.
• Interest and willingness to work on AI/ML-related tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and application integration concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Openness to working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) when required.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Git for source control.
• Experience or interest in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to adapt to new tools, platforms, and technologies.
