About the role

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be based in one of the project site in Singapore. This full-time position will see you leading a team of professionals to ensure project milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.


What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider project team to provide progress updates and address any concerns
  • Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources
  • Lead and motivate your team, providing direction, support, and opportunities for professional development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the Construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools
  • Degree in Project Management , Construction Management , or a related field
