About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development / Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing Employment Agency in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new corporate clients requiring manpower solutions (foreign/local talent), establishing strategic partnerships, and leading our marketing initiatives.

Key Job Scope & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify & Source B2B Clients: Actively research, cold call, and meet potential employers/companies in Singapore needing foreign workers, skilled manpower, or executive staff.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and business owners.

• Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized manpower proposals, present agency capabilities, and negotiate service agreements/commissions.

2. Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness in Singapore.

• Social Media & Lead Generation: Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and local channels to generate incoming B2B manpower inquiries.

• Networking & Industry Events: Attend trade shows, business networking events, and chamber meetings to represent the agency.

3. Recruitment Coordination & Operations Support

• Understand Hiring Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their exact manpower specifications, skill requirements, and budget constraints.

• Coordination with Overseas Teams: Collaborate with overseas recruitment partners and internal teams to deliver suitable candidate profiles promptly.

• MOM Compliance Awareness: Ensure all business operations, fees, and service contracts align with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Employment Agencies Act regulations.
  

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5+ years of proven track record in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (experience in a Manpower / Recruitment / EA Agency in Singapore is highly preferred

Familiarity with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, Work Passes (Work Permit, S Pass, EP), and Employment Agency guidelines.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English..
