Full Time WAITER SUPERVISOR Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,500 in JIN XUAN RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. Tanjong Pagar - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Greets guests andresponds to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner.

• Supervises the servicerendered and delivery of ordered items by F&B captains is timely andconsistent with the restaurant’s standards.

• Equips with updatedknowledge of the restaurant’s products and services

• Resolves customers’complaints during shift and logs all complaints for further follow-up actions.

• Checks and maintainsstock for F&B supplies e.g. cutleries, dinnerware, glassware, etc. forsmooth operations.

• Manage table reservationsystem and service crew

• Oversees the maintenancecycle for service equipment.

• Adhere to hygiene andsafety standards

• Adheres to localregulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, aswell as the company’s standard operating procedures

• Handles other adhocduties as and when assigned by Assistant Manager / F&B Manager

Working Hours: 6days work week, including weekend & PH.
