Job Summary

The Accountant and HR function collaborate to maintain operational stability, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive organizational growth through integrated financial management and workforce lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities to ensure data integrity and support audit readiness
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide clear insights into company financial performance
• Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory contributions in compliance with Singapore’s IRAS and CPF regulations
• Manage budgets and cash flow to optimize financial resources and support strategic business decisions
• Ensure all financial practices comply with the Companies Act and relevant accounting standards to mitigate risks
• Provide financial analysis and insights to guide management in safeguarding company assets and planning growth
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate qualified talent efficiently
• Manage employee contracts, performance reviews, leave, and benefits administration to maintain workforce compliance and satisfaction
• Administer employee relations and training programs to foster a capable, engaged, and well-supported team
• Ensure HR compliance with the Employment Act, Personal Data Protection Act, and fair employment guidelines to uphold legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate closely between finance and HR on payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, and statutory reporting to ensure accuracy and legal adherence
• Support a positive workplace culture and staff well-being through proactive HR initiatives and engagement strategies
