Supervisor main role oversee and guide all the employees ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively

coordinates job assignments and cross training within project and other division.

plan employee work schedule, job assignment and shift allocation

manages work flow smoothly and setting deadlines and ensures jobs are completed as per assignment

Will lead the team and motivating the team, resolving conflicts,

ensure all team members adhere to safety rules, company policies

supervisor onboard new hires, providing training and guidance to help them understand their roles and responsibilities

act as a liaison between the team and upper management, communicating company goals, updates, and feedback

responsible for reporting on team performance, attendance, and any issues or challenges to senior management
