Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning), Gaji tinggi SGD 4,500 di NAKANO SINGAPORE (PTE) LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• To carry out taking off quantities using Cost 'X' / Glodon or other suitable software;
• To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis;
• Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification;
• Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents;
• To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and
• To perform other QS-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience related to main building tenders;
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Ability to work with digital software (i.e. Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal; and
• Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills; and a team player.
