Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to provide technical support and drive business growth by working closely with structural designers, architects, contractors, customers, and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit engineering and architectural firms, customer offices, and construction sites to identify project opportunities.
• Engage with engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors to understand their project requirements.
• Recommend suitable engineering products, software, and services for different construction applications.
• Secure product specifications and approvals for focus projects.
• Conduct technical seminars, product presentations, and training sessions for industry professionals and internal sales teams.
• Provide technical advice and support to engineers, architects, customers, and sales representatives.
• Manage project specifications and opportunities through Salesforce.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert project specifications into sales.
• Organize project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the marketing team in developing, launching, and maintaining products, software, and services.
• Contribute to business growth and profitability through effective technical project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering; Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Candidates should possess either:
• 2–3 years of structural design experience; or
• 2–5 years of sales or business development experience within the engineering sector, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
• Experience working with structural designers, consultants, or architects is highly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of structural or construction applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and committed to achieving business targets.
• Able to collaborate effectively with technical, sales, and marketing teams.
