Position: Resident Engineer 

Contract: 12 months (renewable)

Location: Onsite - KL


  • Experience managing 50–100 enterprise servers
  • Server management experience is an advantage
  • Familiar with ServiceNow or other monitoring tools
  • Experience with backup software
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Broadcast, especially with Windows 10/11.
  • Basic knowledge of IT operations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and SCCM is an advantage.
  • Experience handling IT issues, escalations, and critical/high-severity incidents is a plus.
  • Able to identify and understand system failures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work irregular hours or weekends when required.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Proactive, passionate, and results-oriented — willing to make things happen.
