Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and administer the Company's Learning & Development (L&D) programmes, ensuring all mandatory training, licenses and certifications are completed, renewed and remain valid.

• Maintain accurate training records, monitor training expiry dates, prepare training schedules and coordinate with employees, HODs and external training providers.

• Identify training requirements in accordance with operational, statutory and business needs, and assist in securing relevant government grants and funding where applicable.

• Serve as a member of the Company's Safety Committee, supporting Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives, safety meetings, training coordination and compliance activities.

• Provide HR operational support, including recruitment, on/offboarding, employee benefits, insurance, contract administration, performance management and employee relations.

• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HRIS systems.

• Support HR projects relating to talent management, process improvements, HR digitalisation and organisational development.

• Perform any other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager and/or Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HumanResource Management/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications

• Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and can multitask

• Meticulous, good interpersonal skills andresourceful

• A team player with excellent communication skills

• Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
