Kerja HR Intern, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di Luxshare-Ict (J) Johor - Maukerja

Duration:

• 3–6 months (possibility of extension based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment: post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
• Support onboarding for new hires: prepare documents, coordinate orientation, and schedule trainings.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Help generate and maintain HR reports, such as attendance, performance, or training reports.
• Provide general administrative support: manage calendars, prepare HR materials, and respond to employee inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• No prior professional HR experience required; internships or volunteer work is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
