About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mould Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing injection moulding machines and moulds to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on injection molding machines and molds.
• Troubleshoot and repair .
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Optimize mould performance to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mould maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
