In this role, the successful applicant will function as part of the on-site team to ensure timely and quality deliverables of services rendered by OCS to its Client. The successful applicant will function as the focal point accountable for building services that cover the following systems:

• Electrical (Core function): 11kV Medium Voltage Distribution System, 132kV High Voltage (with Visiting Engineer), Generators
• Electrical (Support function): UPS, Batteries, 415V Low Voltage Distribution system
• Fire Fighting and Protection: Shutters, air docks, enclosure misting systems, etc
• Compliance: Process owner to ensure Statutory, Regulatory and Client processes are conformed to at all times relative to afore-mentioned systems

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Accountable for all maintenance of switchgears, cable and transformers as per legal requirement and safe operating condition
• Plan and schedule electrical maintenance activities and inspection activities involving electrical and/or fire system. Ensure all works are completed on schedule
• Manage and review quality of PPM and rectification works provided by appointed vendor(s)
• Ensure all calibration electrical panel for LV/HT certification are renewed and equipment’s well maintained
• Identify spare parts inventory needs and advise on-site team accordingly
• Support routine activities of other systems on an as-need basis
• Mentor A level chargeman on correct ways of switching, troubleshooting and maintenance for 415V system
• Ensure that all new installations (if any) are in full compliance to ST regulations.

Qualification Requirement

The individual whom we seek should possess the following:

• Valid B0 11kV Chargeman certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga. This certificate is to be attached to OCS for use at the Client’s premises
• Possesses at least 8 years of O&M experience in the Facilities Management industry
• Possesses basic proficiency in operating laptops / tablets and Microsoft Office suite
• Highly familiar with O&M related MEPF system jargons (eg, ACMV, CDA, CRAC, TX, etc) and units of measurement (eg, PPM, PSI, etc)
• Self-driven, innovative and independently drive assigned tasks to satisfactory completion in an output-based environment
• Willing to be on standby and respond outside of office hours

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per hour
