• Provide a very good welcome experience to the resort guest
• Ensure the efficient provision of Welcome Desk services including room guest, golfers and walk in guest
• Maintain appropriate standard of conduct, dress code and appearance to project the image of the Resort
• Ensure and maintain a good hygiene standard and procedures including social distancing and guest tracking have been practicing all the time while interacting with guest
• Assist Welcome Desk Supervisor and Executive to ensure the Welcome Desk services provided to guests and customers are fulfilling the resort's quality standard
• Assist Welcome Desk Supervisor and Executive to ensure the guest check-in and check-out and golf registration process is in order and efficient and collect payment of green fee and other charges
• To ensure the cleanliness of the Welcome Desk areas
• Report any customer's or guest's complaint to Welcome Desk Manager/ Executive for further action
• To answer the incoming call promptly and efficiently
• To clear room discrepancies before Night Auditor Posts room and tax
• To check the room avenue reports
• Handling membership subscription fee
• Perform other duties as and when required by the Management from time to time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
