Position: Technical

Tenure: 3 months’ probation leading to permanent

Working Location: Bandar Bukit Raja

Job Descriptions:

• Follow all technical support processes.
• Handle complex cases that require advanced troubleshooting.
• Work closely with primary technical support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls from internal and external customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the TSA Manager.
• Conduct site visits when required.
• Share knowledge and support other L2 engineers.
• Identify root causes of technical or quality issues.
• Support other departments to improve service quality..

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or MLVK Level 3 in Automotive Body Repair, Automotive Engineering Technology, or a related automotive certificate.
• At least 2 years of working experience in automotive repair or vehicle servicing.
• Familiar with automotive machinery, workshop equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence (compulsory).
