Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong experience in managing M&E / C&S construction works
- Able to manage subcontractors, consultants and site teams
- Good knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, QA/QC and site coordination
- Familiar with safety requirements and relevant authority regulations
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and method statements

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall construction activities on site
- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, programme and quality requirements
- Coordinate M&E, C&S and other relevant disciplines
- Monitor project progress and subcontractor performance
- Resolve technical and site coordination issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project schedule requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
