The Role

A hands-on position bridging business analysis, solution design, and technical delivery:

• Gathering and documenting requirements through user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Maintaining solution artefacts across JIRA, Confluence, and SRS documentation
• Designing and executing functional test cases, supporting UAT and defect resolution
• Reviewing API payloads (JSON/XML), EDI messages, and integration data flows
• Coordinating with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure stories are development-ready
• Supporting root-cause analysis, impact assessments, and pre-production validations

What We're Looking For

A curious, structured thinker with the technical skills to match:

• Background in requirements gathering, solution documentation, and testing support
• Proficiency in SQL, basic Linux/Windows command-line, and networking fundamentals
• Ability to interpret data flows, API structures, and integration mapping
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Accountable, detail-oriented, and open to applying AI in everyday work
