WE’RE HIRING: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team! If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things organised, and being part of a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru

Position: Accounts Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate accounting records

• Manage AP & AR, invoicing, receipts and payment processing

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow transactions

• Prepare monthly accounts and financial reports

• Assist with e-Invoice submission and related documentation

• Handle payment vouchers, journal entries and general ledger matters

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and relevant parties when required

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records

• Support management with financial data and other accounting-related matters

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• Relevant accounting experience is preferred

• Familiar with accounting software; SQL Accounting knowledge is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines

• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Fresh graduates with a strong accounting foundation are welcome to apply
