Mandatory Qualifications



Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on BMC Control-M Administration experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing Control-M infrastructure supporting critical production workloads.
• Strong experience with Control-M version upgrades, migrations, and platform maintenance.

• BMC Certified Service Professional (Control-M Version 9)
• Experience implementing Control-M upgrades and migrations across enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating Control-M with application, database, cloud, and file transfer platforms.
• Knowledge of Control-M REST API and Automation API.
• Experience with Git, Ansible, Rundeck, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• IBM MQ administration experience.
• Exposure to enterprise Managed File Transfer solutions.

We are looking for a professional who:

Is a dedicated Control-M Administrator/Engineer with deep platform expertise.

Has performed multiple Control-M upgrades, migrations, and production support activities.

Can independently troubleshoot complex scheduling and agent-related issues.

Has strong automation and scripting capabilities.

Can function as a Control-M SME supporting global enterprise operations.

Is comfortable working in a 24x7 production support environment with on-call responsibilities.

Important Note

Applicants without substantial hands-on BMC Control-M Administration experience will not be considered. This role is specifically targeted at experienced Control-M professionals with proven enterprise production support and platform administration expertise.
