About the Role
We are seeking a creative and versatile Corporate Communications Manager to support a designated client account. This is a 8-month contract role based at our client's office.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a flair for design, copywriting and content creation, and enjoys translating ideas into engaging campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1) Creative Content, Design & Copywriting
- Conceptualise and develop creative communication materials for the client’s programmes, campaigns and corporate initiatives.
- Design and adapt visual assets for digital and print applications, including social media graphics, event publicity materials, programme collaterals, infographics, posters, banners and other marketing materials.
- Write, edit and refine engaging copy across communication touchpoints, including social media posts, newsletters, website content, publicity materials and other corporate communications.
- Translate programme objectives and key messages into compelling creative concepts, visuals and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and adapt multimedia content, including static artwork, photography and short-form video content, where required.
2) Social Media & Brand Communications
- Work closely with appointed creative partners on content planning, production, publishing and campaign execution.
- Review and refine agency-produced content to ensure creative quality, messaging accuracy and brand consistency.
3) Programme, Event & Stakeholder Communications
- Work with client’s internal departments and stakeholders to understand communication needs, gather information and develop clear and cohesive messaging.
- Provide communications and creative support for assigned projects.
- Support event-day communications and content requirements to ensure effective programme visibility and audience engagement.
4) Other Responsibilities
- Undertake other communications-related projects and assignments as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors in support of organisational objectives.
Requirements & Skills
- Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media, Journalism or a related discipline.
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating capabilities in content creation and copywriting.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Photography and videography skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools, with the ability to produce engaging short-form video content is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and communication platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and emerging digital trends.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines concurrently.
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies, vendors and community partners.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, creative content or social media is preferred.
