About Us

Best Bike Motors is a growing motorcycle sales and financing company with a large volume of customer enquiries and ambitious plans to build a trusted, recognisable motorcycle brand.

We are looking for a hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who enjoys motorcycles and can turn ideas, customer questions and real-world moments into polished short-form content.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the Content Creator / On-Camera Presenter to plan concepts, scripts, shot lists and filming schedules.
• Film vertical short-form videos at the outlet, customer locations, events and other approved locations.
• Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, audio and B-roll to produce professional footage.
• Edit engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other company channels.
• Add suitable captions, graphics, music, colour correction and sound treatment while keeping information accurate and consistent with the company image.
• Work with the content team toward approximately 40 approved short-form videos per month. Actual volume may vary according to campaign complexity and quality requirements.
• Organise raw footage, project files, versions and archives so content can be found and reused easily.
• Complete revisions promptly and deliver approved videos according to schedule.
• Review content performance and improve editing style, hooks and pacing based on results.
• Take care of filming equipment and follow the company's approval, consent and publishing SOP.

Requirements

• A portfolio or sample videos showing filming and editing ability.
• Hands-on experience with short-form video production for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
• Comfortable using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or comparable editing software.
• Good understanding of framing, lighting, audio, pacing, subtitles and basic motion graphics.
• Genuine interest in motorcycles, automotive content or lifestyle storytelling.
• Creative, organised, quality-conscious and able to follow feedback.
• Able to manage multiple projects, file versions and deadlines.
• Willing to travel locally and work at external shoot locations when required.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is useful.
• A motorcycle licence is an advantage but not compulsory.

Performance & Package

• Basic salary: RM3,000–RM4,000 per month, depending on experience, production quality and portfolio.
• KPI/performance bonus linked to approved output, filming and editing quality, brand fit, delivery consistency, engagement and qualified customer leads.
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Flexible creative approach within company image, accuracy and compliance standards.
• Opportunity to build a high-volume motorcycle content engine backed by a large lead base and ambitious growth plans.
• Full-time, permanent role. Shooting schedules and occasional local travel will be discussed during the interview.
