Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable F&B Service Crew member to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will handle counter service, cashiering, and floor duties, welcoming university students and staff, serving delicious meals, and keeping the café running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Counter & Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take food and drink orders accurately, and handle cash/cashiering via the POS system.
• Food Delivery & Floor Support: Serve hot meals and beverages from the counter to tables promptly during the busy student lunch rush.
• Table Management & Cleanliness: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down tables, sanitize dining areas, and keep the service counter neat and clean.
• Stock Support: Monitor and restock cups, utensils, napkins, and takeaway packaging when supplies run low.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen team to pass food out quickly and keep service moving efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Availability: Strictly Monday to Friday shifts. No weekend work required. (Part-time applicants must commit to a fixed weekday schedule).
• Education & Experience: SPM level or equivalent. No prior experience required; fresh graduates, students, and beginners are welcome.
• Health Regulations: Must hold a valid Typhoid Vaccination card and a KKM Food Handler Certificate, or be willing to get them before starting.
• Skills & Traits: Punctual, cheerful, clear communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
