Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Oversee concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, casting, pouring, vibration and finishing.
• Monitor the quality of concrete and ensure works are carried out according to specifications.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate daily work activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and identify construction issues.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
• Report daily work progress, manpower and site issues to management.
• Assist in resolving technical and construction-related problems on site.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in concrete works is required.
• Experience in formwork, reinforcement, concrete casting and finishing.
• Able to supervise and manage workers effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for site activities.
• Willing to work on construction sites and handle site-related matters.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
