Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Development within the FMCG industry, preferably managing convenience store and petrol station channels.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to respond quickly and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of initiatives and deliver results.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business plans.

As a Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer partnerships within the convenience store and petrol station channel. You will work closely with key accounts and cross-functional teams to maximize business opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and ensure excellent execution in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the convenience store and petrol station sectors. This includes regular visits, communication, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring product availability. Monitor sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring effective merchandising and maximizing product visibility. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels. Address any supply issues promptly and efficiently to prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to align on strategies and achieve common goals. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to ensure seamless operations.
• You will work with a friendly and supportive team in a dynamic FMCG environment. The role involves regular interactions with convenience store and petrol station partners, as well as internal departments.

You will be part of the Customer Development team, a dynamic and results-driven group focused on accelerating growth and strengthening our presence within the convenience store and petrol station channel. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, you will play a key role in delivering commercial excellence, optimizing execution, and achieving shared business goals.
