Admin / Sales Executive — Oxygen 365 Fitness

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Oxygen 365 Fitness, Subang Jaya

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised and people-oriented Admin / Sales Executive to support the daily operations of our gym.

This is a versatile role combining front desk administration, customer service and sales. You will be one of the main points of contact for our members and visitors, so a friendly and professional personality is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and daily gym administration
  • Welcome and assist members, visitors and new enquiries
  • Handle membership enquiries, registrations, renewals and payments
  • Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and social media
  • Follow up with potential customers and assist with membership sales
  • Manage class bookings and member attendance
  • Maintain customer records and administrative documents
  • Assist with basic reports, data entry and daily sales records
  • Support gym events, promotions and marketing activities
  • Ensure the reception and customer-facing areas are organised
  • Assist the Club Manager with daily operational tasks

Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous admin, customer service or sales experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable and service-oriented personality
  • Organised and able to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and social media
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
  • Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
