Job Summary

Finance Executive manages the financial aspects of specific engineering & manufacturing, acting as a liaison between production and finance controller. Key responsibilities include prepare & monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, getting bank instruments to finance, estimate manufacturing incomes, and profitability. They also ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide financial reports to support decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Setting up accounts, developing financial plans, and forecasting costs.
• Cost Management: Tracking manufacturing expenses, comparing actual costs vs estimates, and investigating & justify variances.
• Invoicing & Billing: Monitor client invoices issuance and managing the payment cycle for suppliers.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly profit-and-loss statements, profitability reports, and budget updates.
• Compliance & Controls: Adhering to company policies and ensuring comply with accounting regulations.
• Business Partnering: Liaising with manufacturing division to explain financial strategy of decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or engineering related field.
• Experience in accounting or manufacturing accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong ability to analyse financial data and trends.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with production teams.
• Based at Puchong TPP

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
