About the Role

Arrow Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of food processing machinery, packaging equipment, and automation systems. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in machine assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• Attend customer sites for installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support.
• Assist project teams during project execution.
• Prepare service reports, installation records, and technical documentation.
• Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and customer training activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and project management procedures.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, or related engineering field.
• 1 - 2 years of technical or maintenance experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or automation systems.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
