1. Order Processing : Processing orders, ensuring correct items are supply, Suggest Replacement Items.

2. Supply Chain Coordination : Assisting in the procurement and timely delivery of ship supplies.

3. Communication Skills : Liaising with Vendors, Port Authorities and others Dept to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.

4. Problem-Solving : Addressing any issues with supply shortages, deliveries, or quality concerns swiftly and efficiently.

5. Inventory Management : Handling and tracking Stocks for Supplies.

6. Documentation : Prepare Billing Documents, PV, Filling, Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIRE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Food Process, Hotel Management, and related field of study.

Proficient In Microsoft Excel, Good in Math & English, Good Communication Skills.

Detail-Oriented, Organized, With good Time-Management, Problem Solving Abilities.

Food Products Knowledge, Kitchenware & Bedroom Products Knowledge.

Fast & Efficient Learning, Fast Work performance, Good Discipline & Attentance.

Working Time : Mon ~ Fri 8:00am ~ 5:00pm, Sat 8:00am ~ 1:00pm. This Position Require to Work Overtime when Need. (With OT Pay)

Location : Ecohub, Taman Ekoperniagaan Johor Bahru ( 81100 )

Basic + OT = RM*************

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
