Sepenuh Masa Laboratory Assistant (1 year Contract) Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,400 in KURARAY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Singapore - Maukerja

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Laboratory Administrative Assistant to support our lab operations, with a primary focus on administrative tasks (approximately 80% of the role). The position also includes basic physical lab testing responsibilities (approximately 20%). This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable working occasionally in a lab setting.

A) Administrative Functions

• Scan, organize, and archive laboratory documents and records
• Update and maintain data logs, spreadsheets, and databases
• Sort and manage instruction manuals and technical documentation
• Perform filing and retrieval of records in accordance with internal protocols

B) 5S & Housekeeping Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lab and administrative areas
• Implement and uphold 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Dispose of lab waste in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines

C) Simple Laboratory Testing

• Conduct basic physical tests
• Record and report test results accurately
• Ensure proper handling of samples and testing materials
• Support lab technicians with routine tasks as needed
