Maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality or production output

Manage time effectively to ensure a consistent supply of freshly baked items during peak hours

Monitor inventory to prevent any disruption to production due to ingredient shortages

Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Willing to work split shifts (e.g. 3am–8am and 4pm–7pm)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
