Role Overview

The research team is seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotator to assist in advanced AI development. This role involves reviewing clinical and medical research video data and utilizing internal software tools to provide precise labeling and annotation. Candidates with basic programming knowledge (Python) will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and management of internal annotation software.

What You’ll Do

For our current project, you’ll join our AI engineers and development team to help organize, review and annotate clinical video data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Video Annotation : Use specialized internal tools to label and annotate clinical research videos accurately.

• Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency to ensure the integrity of AI training data.

• Data Filtering & Curation : Review raw incoming video feeds to screen out corrupted, irrelevant, or low-quality data.

• Tool Development Support : Provide feedback on internal software and assist in refining the annotation workflow. Leverage Python (if applicable) to help build, update, and manage internal annotation tools.

• Technical Collaboration : Coordinate with AI researchers and engineers to understand specific project requirements and technical guidelines.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A student or recent graduate looking for flexible work or an internship opportunity

• A working professional or degree holder seeking a part-time side role

• Able to commit at least 25 hours per week or more.

• No technical/medical background required.

• Able to work in our office.

• Proficient in English communication, e.g., understand instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.

• Familiarity with Python to manage the internal data annotation tool is considered a bonus.

• Prior experiences in AI/Machine Learning projects are also considered a bonus.

• Given the sensitive nature of medical research data, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is primarily based onsite at our office near Buona Vista, Singapore.
