Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, manage, and ensure the timely completion of assigned projects.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure the smooth execution of sales, delivery, and collection processes.
• Liaise with transporters and clients to schedule timely delivery to construction sites.
• Develop business in line with the local sales strategy by conducting sales meetings and identifying opportunities.
• Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Negotiate and finalize sales and rental contracts with customers.
• Prepare quotations for Aluminium Formwork solutions based on customer requirements.
• Ensure that customers understand invoices and follow up to ensure timely payment collection.
• Perform administrative tasks including record-keeping of contracts, sales quotations, and other operational documentation.
• Handle incoming calls and general correspondence.
• Create and submit documents such as Sales Quotations, Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders in the OA system.
• Handle day-to-day operational matters including transportation logistics and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and relevant regulations.
• Understand and implement Singapore’s Code of Practice and promote a safe working culture.
• Communicate and report project status, sales activities, and operational updates to the General Manager.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in project coordination, sales, operations, or the construction industry. Experience in aluminium formwork or building materials is an advantage.
