This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in Jurong.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management (SME accounts).
• Support the engagement of strategic accounts.
• Point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans.
• Regular engagement with accounts to ensure positive experience.
• Review the strategic fit, growth potential, and future engagement opportunities of assigned accounts
• Leading accounts renewal discussions
• Managing documentation.
• Support and organize workshops, member events, networking sessions, and engagement activities.
• Overseeing member participation across projects, activities, and in-kind contributions.
• Pinpoint, evaluate and qualify potential members.
• Establish engagement trackers, dashboards, reports, and meeting materials.
• Champion improvements to account management and engagement tracking processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience in
• business development, account management, customer success, partnership management, membership engagement.
• coordinating workshops, events, or stakeholder engagement activities would be advantageous.
• data visualisation, dashboard development, and business reporting tools (Power BI, Excel Power Query, Power Automate).
• automate reporting processes, track account engagement metrics, and generate actionable insights for management decision-making.
• manufacturing, engineering, technology, research, innovation, or industry development environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
