We are looking to hire a part-time medical receptionist. Organisational and administrative skills are imperative. Medical receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete with good time management and record-keeping skills.

To ensure success, medical receptionists should be confident and professional with positive communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to the efficient day-to-day administration of the clinic.

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist staff, visitors, and patients.
• Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance repairs.
• Answer all phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of all staff, and patient information.
• Schedule appointments between Therapists and patients.
• Ensure timely submission of all insurance direct billing claims.
• Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
• General clinic tidiness & cleanliness
