Job Title: CAD/BIM Draftsperson
Location: Changi

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Update and maintain Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical drawings and master plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
• Incorporate new layouts, infrastructure works, A&A projects, and roadway updates into master plans.
• Create, modify, and maintain BIM models and ensure consistency with approved as-built drawings.
• Update underground utility drawings, including drainage, lighting, electrical, fire protection, and water services.
• Convert drawings between CAD, Civil 3D, Revit, IFC, DWG, Navisworks, and other required formats.
• Conduct site surveys and verify drawings against actual site conditions.
• Prepare mark-ups, sketches, and documentation to resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Update floor area layouts and support space planning activities.
• Review drawing and BIM submissions for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain drawing registers, document control, and organized project files.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or a related discipline.
• Experience in CAD drafting, BIM modelling, and engineering drawing management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Recap Pro, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, engineering documentation, and BIM workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
