Overview: -

• Mon-Fri (8am - 530pm)
• East - Loyang
• Monthly Base Salary: $3500 - $4000 (Based on working experience)
• AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus

Your Responsibilities: -

• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) on molded parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform Process Capability (Cp/Cpk) studies and dimensional measurements to evaluate process stability and manufacturing capability.
• Verify and confirm engineering sample submissions for molding validation, ensuring all required inspections and documentation are completed accurately.
• Develop appropriate measurement methods, inspection procedures, and work instructions for dimensional verification of molded components.
• Validate tooling changes by verifying critical dimensions and product quality following tool modifications, repairs, or rectifications.
• Investigate dimensional discrepancies and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, capability reports, FAI documentation, and validation reports in accordance with company quality management systems.
• Ensure all inspection and measurement activities comply with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance measurement accuracy, process capability, and overall product quality.

Requirements: -

• Min2 yrs exp in a similar quality inspection role, preferably within the plastic injection molding industry.
• Hands-on experience operating quality inspection equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), SmartScope, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, with a basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
