Job Summary

We seek a full-time gym front desk receptionist to manage member check-ins, upsell memberships, guide tours, demonstrate equipment use, ensure safety, and support gym operations, with growth potential toward coaching and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members efficiently to ensure smooth gym access
• Upsell membership packs and services to increase gym revenue
• Conduct guided tours to introduce new visitors to gym facilities and HYROX training
• Explain the purpose and correct use of gym equipment to new and existing customers
• Demonstrate equipment usage to ensure safe and effective workouts
• Monitor gym environment to maintain health and safety standards for all users
• Perform opening and closing routines to prepare and secure the gym daily
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to maintain equipment and facility quality
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and laundry services to uphold gym cleanliness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Enthusiasm for health and fitness with an interest in HYROX training
• Ambition to develop a career in health and fitness, aiming for coaching, personal training, or gym management roles
• Coaching credentials are a plus for immediate coaching opportunities
